HOLA A TOD@S...
me mando hacer
Volví a
dolía, temblaba, y casi no podía ver...
temperatura a base
Si no me siento tan mal!!...
No sé cuándo voy a regresar a
trabajar...
HI EVERYONE!. .. I tell you something, I hope you not get bored ... Do not really know how to start, so it will be by date ...
Week 1 - Saturday, 17 April 2009:
On waking I feel intense pain in all my joints, much like when bones ache waiting for a flu outbreak, but still I had to go to work and drive my car with all the care that my pain I allowed ... and after 6 hours and no improvement she came to the doctor, the only gave me pain medication and so I spent the weekend as he struggled to sit and get up my knees ... were killing me... So on Monday and not many like it, she came to social insurance, then my mobility was limited further ... The doctor who examined me command me to do some blood and urine tests to determine my discomfort, only that such studies would make me the up to 9 days later in the institution, which did not want to wait and the next day I went to my mom's house (or I should say my husband took me, coz I almost could not walk). Near my parents' house there is also a laboratory and a doctor known to my family, so we decided to go with him that day ... The first results that were dropped early rheumatic fever, a serious but manageable, so I thought ... I underwent treatment 10 injections of penicillin for 10 days and the only social security disability merely extends to not go to work ...
WEEK 2 - MONDAY, APRIL 27
My pains continued, sometimes more intense than other times ... me and my husband had to stay at my parents because I needed help even for going to toilet, I spent nights of pain and sometimes broke down and I got on mourn in despair, my husband and my mother cried with me ... There were days when we had to go to the emergency room for sure that the pain never stopped and I put more shots ... The Social Security? was limited to inability to renew my weekly ... ... But no diagnosis was influenza, since he had not had flu or high temperature ... complicated that it was a week in Mexico ... The May 1 began to feel a pain in my lower right rib, but no one was working and there was no place where they could review ... well I spent another weekend with a sore back ...
WEEK 3 - MONDAY, MAY 4
I was taken to social secure that I do an ultrasound on my abdominal pain ... I do not know I was not surprised that they would not do it to me, so we went to a particular and apparently did not result in anything serious ... follow with pain medication ... with an extension of inability to work and request some further tests ... The rheumatoid factor was still present ... and also my pain ...
4-WEEK MONDAY 11 MAY
It passed the Mother's Day and I could not even buy a present to mine ... I stayed in bed, always in good spirit, good sense of humor, there were days good and bad days ... Those who have suffered arthritis know what I mean ... Again I went to the social security hospital and almost without saying, rather, she did not say anything to me but only what she wrote, diagnosis: rheumatoid arthritis, "... Dr. did not say much, just continue to take what I had ... Indomethacin with Dexamethasone ... I think it is a derivative of cortisone had already begun to rage in me, that day had already gained 4 kilos and my face was slightly swollen ... He said he would send me to a specialist appointment? for the June 4th ... i mean almost a month !!... not wanting to do much trouble, I waited a week ... My hair was falling in an exaggerated way and my mobility was similar to a robot ...
5-WEEK MONDAY 18 MAY
Again, insurance consultation, failure to renew, etc ... my husband asked Dr. to approached us with the specialist, and she send us with another person, which was in very formally rely on our request, gave him my phone number and was on fire when had obtained the appointment ... but before he said he would have to pass me an x-ray on May 26, bone within a week ... ok, I waited ... but within a week, call for appointment with specialist never came ...
6-WEEK MONDAY 25 MAY
Again, the same as the previous weeks ... only that that Monday I started feeling a small, almost imperceptible tingling in arms ... I spent the afternoon and evening and next day on May 26, I prepared for my x-rays of hands and neck ... and only gave me hands ... It was 10 am and ordered a taxi to go home ... I could not do much so I started to eat a bowl of papaya and sat back to watch TV ... tickling still, I think a little harder, made me want to scratch but I was not removed ... Almost 12 noon braced myself some popcorn in the microwave and when I ate the first bite gave me a very dry cough, and it was there I realized something was wrong ... the tingling ran my arms and spread through my chest ... began to climb up my throat and stung me all over my face ... was a horrible feeling that i had never experienced ... I feared for being alone ... I thought maybe it was an allergic reaction to some medication, but was not sure, because I never suffered from any allergy to anything ... I called my mother by phone to request the number of our physician to prescribe something for my supposed Allergy ... Immediately, almost unable to speak I called the pharmacy to take me medicine ... I was terrified and my head started hurting ... I called my father ... I called my husband, but both were far away from my house, so I waited for the medicine ... When the deliveryman arrived, my sight was very blurry and ... as a desperate broke the box and take the pill, but nothing happened ... I called my husband and I asked him out as soon as possible because I felt very bad ... I ached, I felt confused, frightened, alone ... and I cried, I cried and I rolled over my bed praying for relief ... but that did not happen, my husband arrived minutes later and asked for help from a friend of ours to take us to the hospital ... had to get on the truck between the two, because I ached, I trembled, and could hardly see ... Wrapped in a large blanket arrived at the hospital for several hours where they tried to lower my temperature, my body shaking all over, people say i was all red and swollen, which made it difficult to inject medication or I put the serum me, my veins were invisible or very thin, so I hurt my arms and hands to find ... My blood pressure dropped to the ground while trying to get off the building base temperature of cold water all over ... later came my parents and doctors started questioning me, to begin a series of studies to determine the reason for my condition ... About 6 o'clock in the afternoon decided to spend a room to begin the testing needed me, but almost as soon as was accommodating, I began to feel pain throughout the body, but more in my chest, my breasts ... It was like a bomb ready to explode, burning me, burning me, I ached in a way that I can not explain ... wanted to scream, scream with pain, but also did not want to scare my family around me powerless ...!! So my situation became critical and I went to intensive care ... Although i felt pain and confusion, not knowing the gravity of what happened to me ... All he asked Heavenly Father that to happen soon ... But when least expected, and was connected to a number of devices and pipes that had seen only in the scenes of E.R. or GREY'S ANATOMY ... They connected a tube, a cuff automatically, the other cables not know his name plastered on my chest and stomach, those that are squeaky screen soul to know you're alive ... ah, and a gadget on my index finger, a tube to breathe, and a catheter to the right side of my neck connected to three tubes for which they gave me serum, medicine and on the other drew blood every time I needed ... ah, and every 2 or three hours I poked a different finger to check my glucose levels ... At that time did not feel scared or maybe did not feel anything ... could not see well ... perhaps did not understand anything since a diagnosis had not yet ... But my parents and my husband might be seen quite worried and I told them: "I will be fine" ... Then, just ask me to fight, but how or why ... to fight for my life ??... Are you sure? if I don´t feel so bad !!... But surprise, surprise! ... it was bad, very bad indeed ... I spent three days in intensive care while the hospital was full of people who cared for me ... Something that I thank you infinitely ... people told me I could not see but they were there ... Many Thanks ... Thanks for your support of my family and for your prayers ... Oh, yeah, diagnosis? : LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS ... A rare disease that chose to stay in my body and become inflamed liver, my lungs hurt and all my glands, blood fill the whites of my eyes, hurt all my joints, as well as burning the skin of my arms, my chest and face, inflamed and irritated skin all over my body ... Making me allergic to sunlight, photosensitive, and incapable of daring to think of a risk to pregnancy for another outbreak of Lupus, or damage to a helpless little baby ... Am I right ??... yes, apparently I've recovered very well, the blisters on my skin have been vanishing slowly ... the dead skin is falling day by day ... I'm fine, thank God, I'm fine, sometimes with chest discomfort, even I can not make efforts, not hang out much light ... It took almost 6 days in daring to look me in the mirror, and when I did, then yes, I admit, I was shocked, I became depressed and decided not to see me again ... i thought, it was not me, was another face, another person, a frightened face ... confused ...
Not yet know much about this, because I never knew existed, but I think compared with other cases that i´ve seen on the net, my outbreak was not as strong ... This has no cure, and may re-offend ... and say that every patient is different, so I'll have to try my life, but care very ends ... My dermatologist says that I almost must live as a vampire ... (well, as long as i can live with edward cullen it´s ok for me... hahaha!...) My car and the windows of my house will have to be polarized, dark well ... and I must always wear sunscreen, long sleeves, umbrellas, and stuff ... but the sun should not touch my skin for no reason ... Today is 11 June ... I was with a desire to sit at the computer, and tell you how things have gone these last few weeks ... I´ll thank you with all my heart all the information about my illness, my new life ... I'm at my parents ... i think I'll be here for a while, or maybe they left me to live here ... I do not know when I go back to work ... Still do not know how my life will continue, but I have great faith in God helps me to fight, and people next to me who loves me and gives me his full support to move forward ...
I'll use this blog whenever I can do to gather information about my illness, waiting to serve us who suffer this , and those who want to know about it ... ... I send a big hug and thanks to anyone who has noticed my absence and worry about my ... Thank you for your prayers, I will still need them... That My God bless you all... See you soon!
